  Please find some notes for our 2006 Quarterly and Endorsement Meeting of the SCDCC this Saturday:
   
    
     Asking for your help with our regular low-cost fundraiser for our BAKE SALE at our quarterly meeting on Saturday.  The proceeds from these regular quarterly meeting "BAKE SALES" go to maintain and upgrade our office equipment. – Let’s think new hard drives!   We serve coffee and tea to go with the baked goods that you've brought for our bake sale!  Be sure to take home some cakes to your family!   Please call Kristine Petereit at 425-337-0806 if you can help set up!

   
    
   Be sure to place your T-Shirt and Ball Cap order for your SnoCoDem gear!  Only $14.00 for your own American/Union made, Union printed T-shirt and $18.00 for your SnoCoDem Ball Cap (we ran too short on time to order union, sorry).  Please find Curt Eidem or Michele Pin to place your order!  You’ll be able to pick your order up at our office after Friday August 11th or at the Summer Picnic on August 13th.
   
    
     This is also your last chance to pay your 2006 Membership dues.  Membership dues are the bread and butter of our organization; they keep the lights on in our office and the DSL humming.  Your 2006 Membership Cards were given to each of the Legislative District Representatives to pass on to you.  Please email Michele at corresponding at snohomishdemocrats.org if haven’t received yours and would like a new one.   FYI:  December 2nd is our next Quarterly Meeting and our Re-Organization meeting for the Executive Board.  We will be collecting dues for 2007 ($2, $12, $24 or $48) at that meeting!

   
    
     Be sure to offer Betsy Foster your help for the FREEDOM SUNDAY 2006 Summer Picnic!  She needs help finding additional Silent Auction items, with setting up the event, cooking burgers and serving salads.  We’ll need help staffing tables for our SnoCoDems Merchandise, our WADems Merchandise, selling raffle tickets, helping with the kids events and introducing NEW DEMOCRATS to our candidates!  Just let Betsy know that you want to help 425-870-4656!  

   
    
     Look for an additional email tonight: an invitation that you can forward to your friends and family to invite them to this event!  There are also downloadable flyers, posters and postcards available on our website ready for you to print in black and white or color!

   
  We are busy getting ready for our 2006 Quarterly and Endorsement Meeting of the SCDCC this Saturday, for our "FREEDOM SUNDAY 2006 Summer Picnic, as well as the Evergreen State Fair with lots of great new SnoCoDem gear!  Our Everett Office has been a busy place!  Join us here everyday for the next two weeks between 10:00am and 4:00pm.  Email volunteer at snohomishdemocrats.org if you can help!
   
  Look for additional information on all the happenings of the SCDCC in our August issue of our Quarterly Newsletter HOT OFF THE PRESS! – This month, a copy is being mailed out via USPS to all our PCOs and Members.  Please send us an email at volunteer at snohomishdemocrats.org if you prefer to view it online or if you just want to pick up a hard copy at our Quarterly Meeting.  This way we can save some $$$ on postage!
   
  Again, see you this Saturday at 10:00am in Snohomish and thank you for all your help making our fundraising efforts a big success!
