  Thank-you so much for your time, and your support throughout our amazing grassroots, community-based effort to restore life-saving paramedic services to this community.  Just 10 days to go and here is what we have accomplished and what we still need to do these last days to keep our momentum going to restore life-saving care to our community!

  Update
  Ballots were sent out to all registered voters on April 5th - it is critical that all of our supporters return their ballots by April 24th so we can restore paramedic services to Fire District 4.
   
  At this critical juncture in the campaign, we wanted to let you know that we have:
   
  . Knocked on over 3000 doors
  . Called over 3000 voters
  . Directly mailed over 6000 voters, with two different mailings
  . Raised 93% of our goal of $46,000 in an effort to contact voters
   
  As you can see, all of your efforts of time and energy has paid off.  Over the last 2 months we have learned that once we talk to people and let them know that our community has NO paramedic services, they are shocked-and then, 75% of the time, they are supportive of our efforts.
   
   
  Contributions
  We have two "Get Out the Vote" mailings that need to get to voters by the end of next week-just prior to election day-and we need to pay for postage to get them out.
   
  $3500 still is needed to be raised so we can get the word out to the voters that we desperately need to reach in these final days.  Would you or a friend or a family member consider making a contribution?

  Phonebank Schedule
  We are on the 'home stretch' trying to knock out our last 2000 calls to remind our supporters to return their ballots by April 24th.  If you have an hour or an evening to volunteer we would like to have you join us.  Scrips are provided as well as on-site support - or you may even call from your home.

  It is crucial that our supporters return their ballots for us to reach our 60% threshold for our levy to pass - and we NEED YOUR HELP to do it!
   
   
   
  Yard Signs to Get Out
  We have 100+ more Yes! On EMS signs to go out in the community in right-of-ways and easements and we need them out by the end of the weekend.  Contact us if you can help put signs up in your area of the district.

  Saturday, April 14th and Sunday, April 15th at 10 am
   
  To pick up your signs or call 425-231-9502 to arrange another time.
   
   
  Doorbelling this Weekend
  Join us this weekend as we try to knock on our last 650 doors!  We will go out in teams to finish letting our neighbors know the importance of restoring life saving care.

  Saturday, April 14th and Sunday, April 15th at 10 am
   
   
  Sign Wavers Needed
  Sign wavers are needed everyday from now until April 24th.  If you are available to wave signs in the morning when neighbors are heading to work and school, or in the afternoon after 3:30 when neighbors start heading home -- we have a job for you!  

Even if you only have an hour to spare -- this is the volunteer job for you -- and what a great way to enjoy the sunshine that has finally arrived.

  Election Night Thank You Party
  Join us Tuesday, April 24th from 7 pm until 9 pm at the Fire District 4 Building at 1525 Avenue D in Snohomish in the Harvey Auditorium, where we relax together with a potluck and wait for the election returns to be posted at 8:30 pm.  This will be a great celebration all of our hard work together these past few months.
