June Events: Two Open House events, a Membership Drive and two more Kick-off events for Brian Sullivan and Aaron Reardon

  June 4th to June 8th is Candidate Filing Week with the Snohomish County Auditor:  All candidates for the August Primary will need to file at the Snohomish County Auditor’s office for placement on the ballot.  Call 425-388-3444 with any questions.

  We are also holding our Spring Membership Drive for the Snohomish County Democrats this same week!  Look for inspirational messages to spur you on in our efforts to build a strong base for our organization.  We are looking to double our current membership by June 13th!

  All applications for membership to the Snohomish County Democrats must be received by June 13th to be eligible to vote on RESOLUTIONS and ENDORSEMENTS at our next Quarterly Meeting – on July 28th, 2007. 

  Help us kick-off our Membership Drive by kicking-off your own door-belling efforts this weekend in your own precinct (or adopt a precinct in one of our competitive County Council District races)!  Contact our endorsed candidates directly or stop by our office at 3305 Oakes Avenue Everett WA 98201 for literature and walking lists.

  We are hosting two OPEN HOUSE events for new volunteers over these first two weeks of June!  This is an opportunity for new activists to check out volunteer opportunities available.
