SUmmer Picnic Preparation

Good day, I need canopies, tables and chairs for the picnic this year
and was hoping some of you would have access to borrow these items.  I
can rent them, but we want to raise money with this event, so the more
we can pull our resources together, the better.  

Could you all please contact me if you have these items (maybe your
church would loan tables and chairs?) you could bring to the picnic on
July 21 around 10:30am, or if someone could pick it up and bring it. 
Please let me know as soon as possible so I can know whether I will need
to rent them or how many I will need after polling our organization.
