  and Candidate Endorsements* for the 2008 Election Season

  *For more information on the Endorsement Process, please contact        2nd Vice-Chair Bill Phillips at 425-750-2333.  
  Endorsement Interviews will be held on Saturday, May 31st at the Everett Office 
  of the Snohomish County Democrats at 2812 Lombard Avenue.  
  These interviews are open to all members.  
  Motions for an Endorsement from the floor are also in order 
  at the Special Meeting on Saturday, June 7th.

  All Members of the Snohomish County Democrats
   (Executive Board Members, Democratic Precinct Committee Officers and Paid Members*)
   are eligible to vote on these Endorsements and Resolutions as per our amended bylaws.  An official  call will be sent via USPS to the SCDCC membership on 5/23/2008.

  Joe has dedicated himself to serving the people of Snohomish County, as a Superior Court law clerk, volunteer, victim advocate, guardian ad litem, teacher, businessman, administrative judge, judge pro-tem and currently as a private practice lawyer.  Joe’s wide-ranging experience and unique legal background make him by far the best-qualified candidate running for a position on the bench this year.

  The Snohomish County Democrats Communications Committee is charged with posting Legislative District Events and “Kick-Off” events for all Democratic and Non-Partisan races to our membership.  Prior to endorsement by the SCDCC, candidates are limited in the number of postings to this list.  

  Also, due to the number of these requests, these events are posted in "Newsletter Format” as received by members of the committee.  Please keep text simple.  Unfortunately, our ability to transmit graphics is limited and clip art generally drops off.  Email announcements are generally posted Mondays and Thursdays to limit the frequency of posting to our list.
